Our passion is to help people to reach SELF-ACTUALIZATION - the psychological PINNACLE according to Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs or in our words the ThrivePOINT. According to Daniel Pink, the author of Drive, the fulfillment of this internal desire to grow and achieve boosts satisfaction and performance. When an organization taps into these basic tenets, EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT (Thriving) will increase - leading to higher productivity and profitability, in other words higher PERFORMANCE according to Forbes.

As a formerly licensed Financial Paraplanner, her path to enlighten through knowledge began. In giving financial presentations and working with clients to examine their total picture, her aim was to infuse financial literacy and maximize results for the future. Her own efforts as a young adult paid off. Later as an Executive Assistant where she actively participated in various Leadership Development programs, she used her high-level context, knowledge of executive relations and empathy for the front line experience to begin designing activities to address people dynamics and the inherent desire within everyone to achieve. The light bulb went off - It's always been Process for the People. With this awakening she backed this passion, experience developing tools, visuals, approaches to solve problems and knack for process, analytics and dynamics with training and certifications to bring these programs to you - as a result reaching her ThrivePoint. She enjoys bringing individuals, teams and organizations to theirs!!!
